			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This delicious chocolate pecan pie recipe is the one I make every Thanksgiving, at my brother&#8217;s request. He makes the turkey, I bring the pies. Not a bad deal! </p>
<p><strong>Chocolate Pecan Pie</strong><br />
4 ounces semisweet chocolate<br />
2 tablespoons margarine, melted<br />
3 eggs<br />
1/3 cup sugar<br />
1 cup corn syrup (light or dark)<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br />
1 1/4 cups pecan halves<br />
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, homemade or frozen</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />
In a double boiler melt chocolate and margarine. Let cool slightly. Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl. Add sugar, corn syrup, chocolate mixture, and vanilla; stir until well blended. Mix in pecans.<br />
Set pie shell on heavy-duty baking sheet and pour in filling. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, until knife inserted midway between center and rim comes out clean.<br />
Cool pie on wire rack to room temperature before cutting.</p>

Ingredients<br />
</strong>2 kiwis, peeled and diced<br />
2 Golden Delicious apples &#8211; peeled, cored and diced<br />
8 ounces raspberries<br />
1 pound strawberries<br />
2 tablespoons white sugar<br />
1 tablespoon brown sugar<br />
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor<br />
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas<br />
butter flavored cooking spray<br />
2 cups cinnamon sugar</p>
<p><strong>Directions <br />
</strong>In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.<br />
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).<br />
Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.<br />
Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit and spice mixture.</p>
